Complete this form to apply for EASE membership for 2026. As we are now nearing the end of 2025, your membership for December will be included free of charge. Those interested in Group membership should contact the Secretary.

You may choose the Reduced membership type if you are:

  1. A student or early careerist (one who has graduated within the past 5 years)   
  2. Retired and/or over 65 years of age: evidence of age is required
  3. Working in a low-income, lower-middle income, or upper-middle income country (as defined by the World Bank). Select your country and your discount will be automatically applied.
