This form enables you to register and pay for your place at the EASE Conference to be held 12-14 June 2020 in Valencia, Spain. You can also book optional extras, like the Conference Dinner and optional workshops which take place either side of the main conference programme.

  4. If you wish to register paying the membership rate, please choose your membership.
  5. EASE members, members of one of our partner Associations and full-time students may register at the membership rate. Please select your Association, and ensure you include your Membership number so your record can be cross referenced with the 2020 membership lists. Students state your university.
Conference optional extras
  1. The conference dinner will be held near the conference venue on Saturday, 13 June. It is an optional extra, price £49 per person. You are welcome to bring a guest, just select the number of tickets you wish to buy.
  2. We will hold optional workshops either side of the conference. As soon as all of the details have been finalised, we will send you the workshop booking form.
Carbon off-setting

EASE is committed to doing all it can to protect the environment and help reduce global warming. To this end, for the 2020 Conference, we are offering delegates the chance to contribute towards off-setting their flights or other travel when they register for the event. This is optional, but we plan to donate the money raised to this Spanish Carbon Off-setting Project. As a guide we suggest if you are coming from within Europe you pay £5, if you are coming from elsewhere in the world, you pay £15.

Conference code of conduct

The EASE conferences are fora for informed debates, information sharing and meeting of like-minded colleagues. Open to both members and non-members of EASE, they attract a wide variety of individuals from a large number of countries. The conference organisers encourage challenging viewpoints, and that participants share a responsibility for creating an inclusive, welcoming environment for all. We expect all delegates and speakers to show respect for others and to avoid making offensive comments or derogatory statements or displaying offensive behaviour.

Payment information

To minimise your bank charges, payment should be made in GBP via credit or debit card. If you need to pay by bank transfer or cheque, you can find details on our alternative payments page.
Those paying in Euros will be charged an £8 surcharge to cover the SEPA transaction fee.
Those paying in other currencies will be charged a £20 surcharge.

Small print
  • Questions about the registration process should be sent to our Conference Secretary: Mary Hodgson.
  • Workshops are offered subject to sufficient bookings being received. If a workshop has to be cancelled, those fees will be refunded.
  • All registration fees must be paid in GBP. EU participants must include an £8 surcharge to cover the SEPA transaction fee. For Non-EU participants, a surcharge of £20 should be added.
  • All cancellations must be sent to EASE Secretariat in writing (letter or e-mail).
  • Delegate substitutions will be permitted up to one week before the Conference date, subject to conditions.
  • Cancellations will be accepted up to 31st May 2020. Payments will be refunded less £40 for administrative costs.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 31st May 2020 or registered delegates who fail to attend.
  • No refunds will be made if the conference is cancelled owing to circumstances beyond the control of the organisers. Delegates may wish to take out personal insurance to cover this eventuality.
  • Reimbursements of cancelled services will be done after 31st July 2020.
