Posters should be 1.20cm x 0.90cm, approximately A0 size.

The character size for the poster title shall be at least 25 mm, and for the authors’ names and affiliations at least 15 mm. Mixed upper and lower case is recommended to facilitate readability. The presenting author shall be mentioned first.

There should be a Background to put your activity into a context, Methods explaining what you did, the Results you obtained and your Interpretation/conclusion of the findings.

Figures and Tables:
All figures and tables shall be clearly legible from at least 2 m, and each figure shall have a short, self-explanatory legend. Character size in figure legends and tables shall be at least 7 mm. Clarity is much enhanced by careful design and labelling of the figures, and can be further improved by clear colour-coding.

We will make your abstract and poster available online after the conference, so please notify us if you are not willing for this to happen.
