The May 2021 edition of EASE-member webinars was co-organised with GENDRO. Dr Shirin Heidari, President, GENDRO and Founding chair EASE Gender Policy Committee presented the rationale for sex and gender considerations in research, provided an overview of the SAGER guidelines and offered concrete steps how authors, reviewers and editors can improve gender reporting in scholarly research and publication.
