Register now for the 18th EASE Conference and/or satellite events.

Take care to choose your correct country and registration type to ensure any relevant discounts are applied. If you are not a member of EASE, please consider applying for EASE membership to reduce your Conference fees.

Please note that Conference registrations and dinner bookings will close at 5pm (UK time) on 9 May. If you book after this we cannot guarantee that your registration will be processed.
We cannot cater for any special dietary requirements on bookings made after Tuesday, 6 May.


    Delegate information

    Please enter your name and affiliation in the format you wish it to be published in. It will be used on the delegate list, on your name badge and on your certificate.

    1. EASE members and members of any of our Sister Societies, may register at the EASE membership rate. Please select your society. If you are not already a member, you can sign up now.

    2. The conference dinner will be held near the conference venue. It is an optional extra, price £50 per person. You are welcome to bring a guest, just select the number of tickets you wish to buy.
    3. Total amount payable: £0

    Terms and conditions

    • Questions about the registration process should be sent to our Conference Secretary: Mary Hodgson.
    • Delegates names, affiliation and country will be included in a delegate list, circulated to all Conference delegates. This list should not be used for commercial purposes and we ask that all delegates respect this condition. If you do not wish your details to be included, please notify us by contacting the secretary.
    • Registration will close on Friday, 9 May 2025, after which no further delegates will be accepted.
    • All cancellations must be sent to EASE Secretariat in writing (letter or e-mail).
    • Delegate substitutions will be permitted up to 9 May 2025, subject to conditions.
    • Cancellations will be accepted up to two weeks before the Conference, ie 30 April 2025. Payments will be refunded less a £30 administrative charge.
    • No refunds will be made for cancellations received less than two weeks before the Conference, ie 30 April 2025 or to registered delegates who fail to attend.
    • If the Conference is cancelled owing to circumstances beyond the control of the organisers, refunds will be made to all delegates less an administrative fee.
    • Reimbursements of cancelled services will be done before 20 June 2025.
    • Delegates are expected to abide by the EASE code of conduct.
