EASE virtual forest

The 15th EASE General Assembly and Conference was on the theme of sustainability. To reflect this, we created an initiative to establish a virtual EASE forest, with the help of Plant for the Planet and their affiliated restoration projects.

The concept was to create a virtual forest, where we could support restoration and planting projects in different countries over time, and continually grow our virtual EASE forest with each of our initiatives in the years to come.

To kick start the initiative, we pledged £302 to plant 575 trees in the name of the 15th EASE Conference.

To encourage prompt payments, EASE pledged to plant one tree for every member who renewed their 2022 EASE membership subscription before 31 December 2021. This initiative added 150 trees to our forest.

You can gift some trees to help us grow our EASE forest by clicking on the ‘Plant trees’ button above.

Many thanks to our Plant-for-the-Planet restoration organisations who have planted the trees on our behalf. You can find out more about each of them by following the links in the table below.
