The European Association of Science Editors (EASE) is an international community of individuals and associations from diverse backgrounds, linguistic traditions and professional experiences in science communication and editing.

EASE Digest

The EASE Digest was launched in February 2020 as our printed member-only magazine.

We are very excited to launch this re-imagined version of our print-publication, to go alongside our flagship publication, EASE journal European Science Editing.

For 2020, the EASE Digest will continue to feature articles from the journal, as well as the informational columns and articles that we know our members really value, for example – the Bookshelf which Anna Maria Rossi compiles, book reviews that Fiona Murphy manages and This Site I Like from Silvia Maina.

We also hope to include more EASE related content and updates, so it will provide additional interesting and useful reading throughout the year.

EASE members who received printed copies of European Science Editing will now receive EASE Digest in its place. We have relaunched ESE as an open-access, digital journal at https://ese.arphahub.com/

The EASE Digest is delivered free to members via post in quarterly issues, in February, May, August and November.

As well as print editions, each issue of the Digest will be available in our Member’s-Only EASE Digest Issues page, in .pdf format, via their member login.
