EASE offers several ways for individuals and organisations to get involved in the Association.
Note that membership runs January-December (calendar year).
Those joining after 1 October will be joined for the following year, enabling new members to enjoy up to 3 extra months of EASE subscription for free in the remaining time of the current year.

* Members applying for reduced membership from a Low-Income, Lower-Middle, or Upper-Middle Country will not receive a printed copy of the journal.
Reduced membership is available for the following groups:
- Anyone in education or who has graduated within the past 5 years can apply for reduced membership. A member of EASE must be named as a “mentor” of the applying member. (There is no charge to the Mentor.) If you do not have a mentor EASE can help you to identify one. A valid student card/enrolment form, or degree/doctorate certificate is required.
- Retired and/or over 65 years: evidence of age is required
- Anyone from a Low-Income, Lower-Middle, or Upper-Middle Country (as defined by the World Bank: see https://datahelpdesk.worldbank.org/knowledgebase/articles/906519-world-bank-country-and-lending-groups)
NOTE: members applying for this reduced membership will not receive a printed copy of the EASE Digest, but will have digital access.
Group membership rates, 2020
Our group memberships are ideal for publishers or journals, looking to enrol multiple staff members and/or editors.
The group will receive one print copy of the EASE Digest, sent to a designated person. All members will be provided digital access.

Example Group membership rates: An organisation taking out 15 memberships would pay £59 per member, a total of £885. A saving of £495 off the standard membership. An organisation wishing to add 70 members would pay £3,290. A saving of £3,150 off standard membership.
Membership rates through Sister Societies, 2020
Individuals who hold membership of one of our Sister Societies are offered a discount on our Individual EASE member rate (specific conditions may apply).
This arrangement is currently in place for members of:
