Sponsored delegate scheme

With the support of our sponsors, Crossref, EASE is delighted to welcome over 20 delegates free online places to join the 18th EASE Conference which is being held in Oslo, Norway and online from 14-16 May 2023.  Applicants were drawn from those who met the following criteria:

  • Students (those in full-time study)
  • Early careerists (those who have graduated since 2022)
  • Those working in low- or lower-middle income countries (as defined by the World Bank)

To help our sponsored delegates gain the maximum benefit from their participation, they have been invited to attend a pre-conference briefing, at which we will introduce EASE, outline the Conference Programme and discuss the format of the event. This will provide a good chance to meet our delegates ahead of the Conference, familarise them with our GatherTown platform and share some tips on how to make the most of their opportunity.

 

This scheme is sponsored by Crossref. Their support enables us to offer online places to those in low- and lower-income countries which increases the diversity and inclusivity of our delegates.
