ALPSP Course – Management into Leadership in Publishing Programme

Making the transition from management to leadership can be complex and challenging, and never more so than in the current period of unprecedented change to the way we work. Good leadership can have a profound impact on the morale and success of an organization, and – like management – leadership is a skill that can be learned and developed. This programme will help leaders understand themselves and their impact and will enable delegates to develop their own unique leadership style. Throughout, and between each session, delegates will be encouraged to share their own experiences, reflect on what they have learned and explore and test new ideas and techniques through a range of exercises and interaction with their peers.
