Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading 2022 Conference
Saturday, 10 – Monday, 12 September 2022
The theme for this year’s conference is ‘Editing in a diverse world’, and the programme will
offer sessions on, amongst other things, inclusive and conscious language, working with
neurodivergent clients and creating accessible PDFs, as well as the core skills editorial
professionals need do their jobs effectively.
Recordings of sessions will be available to both in-person and online delegates for three
months after the conference.
There will also be plenty of opportunities to network and socialise for both sets of
delegates, including the Saturday night dinner and quiz and the gala dinner on the Sunday
for those attending in person, and the quiz and other themed and general networking
sessions for those online.
