Currently serving as Manager, Skill Development at Cactus Communications, she has trained and mentored editors, helping them refine their technical and language skills to meet global publishing requirements.
Before transitioning into training, Hema worked extensively in academic editing and client service, addressing author feedback, ensuring editorial quality, and optimizing documents for journal acceptance. This experience has provided invaluable insights into what makes a manuscript stand out.
