The Medical Science Sex and Gender Equity (MESSAGE) project convened in the UK research sector in 2023-24 to co-design a policy framework for improved consideration of sex and gender dimensions in biomedical, health and care research.

This webinar marks the launch of the new MESSAGE framework, which sets new standards for scientific excellence in research equity in the UK.

The event will introduce new recommendations for scientific practice and explain how these will enhance the quality of UK science at each stage of the research pipeline.
