With extensive experience in STM publishing, I specialize in reviewing and strengthening editorial and publication policies and procedures. My work includes evaluating and implementing alternative solutions to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize budgets. I am also responsible for training and supervising team members, as well as monitoring performance metrics to support growth in audience engagement and visibility.
My expertise extends to defining scientific content areas, developing new topics and editorial directions, and overseeing applications to relevant databases and content aggregators. I ensure that all content—both online and in print—meets international editorial and production standards.
My long-standing background in scientific publishing enables me to understand the needs of editors and publishers and to provide effective, practical solutions for the successful publication of new content. I currently oversee the peer‑review process for the AboutScience journal portfolio.
