I am Co-Founder and Executive Director at PREreview, an organization that supports and empowers all researchers and experts—particularly those at early stages of their careers and those historically excluded—to participate in the open peer review of early research outputs in ways that center their needs and expectations.

I hold a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Oregon Health & Science University (Portland, OR, USA) and a Master’s in Neuroscience from the University of Trieste, Italy. Through my role at PREreview and my time as a Mozilla Fellow for Science, I’ve gained experience in fundraising, community building, facilitation, organizational structure and culture, and program and product management.

When I look at the world today, I see opportunities to harness collective intelligence in ways that were never possible before—and by that, I don’t mean AI. I mean the collective wisdom of people, built over generations. I believe in a future where the scholarly ecosystem is rooted in trust, care, and shared wisdom—where knowledge flows freely, not as a commodity to be owned, but as a shared inheritance to be nurtured and passed on. For that future to take shape, we must learn to listen, unlearn, and shape change together.
