Dr. Enas Qutieshat is a distinguished legal academic and senior higher-education leader with notable experience across private universities and professional educational settings. She currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Law at Sohar University, one of Oman’s foremost private institutions, where she leads strategic academic development, quality enhancement, and institutional governance.
Before joining Sohar University, she spent eight productive years at Philadelphia University, where she held the position of Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law and concurrently served as Head of the Law Department. Throughout her tenure, she demonstrated exceptional capability in academic administration, curricular development, and staff leadership, contributing significantly to the advancement of legal education within the institution.
Dr. Qutieshat holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Aberdeen (UK) and achieved the academic rank of Associate Professor in 2020. Her career reflects a sustained commitment to excellence, innovation, and integrity in legal academia, alongside a clear ability to guide institutions toward growth, compliance, and impactful educational outcomes.
