Ganna Kharlamova is a distinguished researcher, translator, and university educator specializing in national security (energy, investment, environmental, and economic security). She is a leading expert in macroeconomic forecasting and economic security, frequently appearing in Ukrainian media and contributing to government programs and projects.

Her best-selling books include Doctrine 2030: Sustainable Development of Ukraine (recognized among the Top-10 Ukrainian books of 2017) and Investment Security of Ukraine: Rating Assessment. She has authored over 300 scientific publications, including approximately 20 textbooks, tutorials, and manuals, as well as 20 monographs.
