Magda J. Rojas Bahamón is a Colombian scientific editor and researcher. She works in academic journal editorial management, supporting editorial workflows and coordinating double-blind peer review processes. In her role, she contributes to the development and implementation of editorial policies, promotes academic integrity, and supports the use of DOIs and metadata management to ensure accurate and consistent scholarly records across publications.

Magda holds a degree in Systems Engineering, a specialization in Information Security, a Master’s degree in Education, a specialization in Pedagogy, and a PhD in Education and Environmental Culture. Her interdisciplinary background supports her work at the intersection of technology, education, and scholarly communication, with a strong focus on methodological rigor and responsible publishing practices.

She is also a Junior Researcher recognized by the Colombian Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MinCiencias) and is committed to continuous improvement in editorial practices and the advancement of high-quality, ethical research dissemination.
