Hiep-Hung Pham, PhD, is currently the Director of the Institute for Research on Education and Knowledge Transfer at Thanh Do University. He is also affiliated with Vietnam National University, Hanoi – University of Education, where he serves as the co-head of the Educational Sciences and Policy Research Unit. Dr. Pham’s research focuses on higher education reform, international education, and science policy. He is the co-chief editor of Evaluation Review and serves on the editorial boards of several other academic journals.
