Kravtsov Serhii is Associate Professor of Department of Civil procedure, Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, Kharkiv (https://nlu.edu.ua/personnel/kravczov-sergij-oleksandrovych/),  where he teaches international commercial arbitration, civil procedure, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgements.

He graduated from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law Academy (Ukraine, Kharkiv) in 2008 and defended his dissertation in 2012 on “International Commercial Arbitration and National Courts”.

He is currently managing editor  of the ACCESS TO JUSTICE IN EASTERN EUROPE JOURNAL, expert of National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (NAQA).

He is a Member of the Ukrainian National Bar Association, European Association of Science Editors (EASE), Member of the Ukrainian Regional Chapter, European Law Institute (ELI).

His fields of research are international commercial arbitration, international civil procedure, access to justice.
