Experienced research administrator with over 30 years of leadership experience in academic and library sectors. Since February 2025, serves as Deputy Director for Research and International Cooperation at the State Scientific and Technical Library of Ukraine. From 1995–2024, held key leadership positions as Library Director and Vice President for Research and Informatization at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (Kyiv, Ukraine).

Completed prestigious international fellowships at leading U.S. universities including Yale University, Columbia University, Princeton University, and the State University of Florida, including as a Fulbright Scholar.

Actively participates in professional and expert communities, serves on the board of the NGO «Ukrainian Fulbright Circle», and is a member of expert councils and working groups under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Over the past two decades, has led or contributed to more than 10 research projects of national and international scope.
