Victoria started her academic publishing career after graduating with a degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge. Over the past 15 years, she has held a variety of roles in publishing, from copy-editing science to launching new titles, largely working with scientific, society-owned journals. Her current role sees her responsible for IOP Publishing’s strategy for working with the Editorial Boards across their journal portfolio of over 100 titles, representing their voices internally and ensuring that Editorial Board members are equipped with all they need to be successful in their roles.
