During the meeting of the Ukrainian Regional Chapter of EASE on January 29, 2025, the presentation laid out the chapter’s primary objectives for the year. This included outlining the strategic importance of recruiting new members, highlighting the challenges Ukrainian scientific publications face, and discussing the proposed changes to the National Ranking of Academic Journals. Additionally, the presentation introduced the Ukrainian translation of the “Recommendations for Using AI in Scholarly Communication,” urging members to participate in its translation.
The session emphasized the chapter’s commitment to addressing key issues in academic publishing while fostering collaboration and enhancing the visibility of Ukrainian research.
