Summer Symposium 2026 Booking Form

Any registrations made after 4pm on 1 June 2026 will not be processed.

Use this form to book your place at the EASE Summer Symposium 2026. This is an online event. All sessions (apart from the session with ISMTE) will be recorded and the recordings will be made available to delegates in a Packet after the event, so you may watch or rewatch at your leisure.

When we receive your payment we will send you a receipted invoice confirming your booking. You will be sent Zoom joining links in the week before the event.

Complete all the fields below. Ensure you choose your country and membership type carefully as this choice calculates the rate you will be charged. Those in UMICs, LICs and Students may register for free, and may be asked to provide proof of status after registration.

If you are paying for your place, please pay by debit/credit card as bank transfers may not now reach our account within the available time.
