Damage to century-old Palladin Institute marks “disaster for biological science in Ukraine”
It is deeply distressing to see the damage caused to the Palladin Institute, its laboratories, scientific equipment, biological collections, and ongoing research. The consequences for the researchers involved, and for Ukraine’s wider scientific capacity, are clearly substantial (see the Institute website and recent news coverage).
We continue to support our Ukrainian members and the Ukrainian scholarly community by providing practical support to affected individual researchers and editors within the framework of our established policy (https://ese.arphahub.com/article/198522/). EASE is also a signatory and a member of the International Coalition for Science, Research and Innovation in Ukraine.
