EASE events and courses terms and conditions

  1. Questions about the registration process should be sent to the EASE Secretary
  2. Delegates names, affiliation and country will be included in a delegate list, circulated to all delegates. This list should not be used for commercial purposes and we ask that all delegates respect this condition. If you do not wish your details to be included, please notify us by contacting the secretary.
  3. Registration will close one week before the event, after which no further delegates may be accepted.
  4. Cancellations will be accepted up to two weeks before the event. Payments will be refunded less an administrative charge.
  5. All cancellations must be sent to EASE Secretary in writing (letter or e-mail).
  6. Delegate substitutions will be permitted up to one week before the event, subject to conditions.
  7. No refunds will be made for cancellations received less than two weeks before the event or to registered delegates who fail to attend.
  8. If the event organiser cancels the event due to circumstances beyond its control, refunds will be made to all delegates less an administrative fee.
  9. Reimbursements of cancelled services will be processed within 30 days of the event.
  10. All participants agree to abide by the EASE Code of Conduct.
  11. Participants’ information is held digitally by EASE for the purposes of managing registration and delivery in compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See our full Privacy Statement for full details
