ALPSP Course – Effective Recruitment, Development, and Retention

The course will be delivered in two sessions on Tuesday 31 October and Wednesday 1 November at:

10:00-13:00 (EDT), 14:00-17:00 (GMT), 15:00-18:00 (CET).

In the recent and current economic and labour environment, recruiting and retention is a different and even more urgent challenge than it usually is. This course will offer managers, both new and experienced, and those with responsibility for hiring staff new and sharpened tools to attract and retain talent. As an industry, how do we get better at reaching out to more unfamiliar channels and recruit and retain the right people for the job, no matter their background. Also we need to learn new skills in providing induction training remotely. The course will be highly interactive with publishing specific case studies, break out rooms, networking and lots of time for Q&A.
