Dr. Mireia Guardingo holds a degree in Chemistry from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a PhD in Chemistry from the same university and the Catalan Institute on Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ICN2). Before joining Clarivate, she held several editorial roles at the open access publisher MDPI and she was part of the Knowledge Management team at the Bellvitge Institute of Biomedical Research (IDIBELL), where she managed the institute’s research activity information. Mireia joined Clarivate in 2020 as Head of Editorial Outreach, she has responsibility for ensuring the Web of Science editorial policies, selection process and evaluation criteria are clearly understood by the scholarly and research communities.
