You are invited to submit a bid to host the 18th EASE General Assembly and Conference. This will be held in late May or early June of 2025. Please view the Requirements and Bidding Guidance which provides information to potential bidders.
Timetable for bidding process
- 15 November 2023 – Call for bids to host the 18th EASE General Assembly and Conference published
- 17 January 2024 – Call closes, any clarifications sought
- 1-6 February 2024 – Preferred candidates invited to present their proposal (online)
- March 2024 – Preferred candidate to host EASE representatives in the destination to view the venue and meet the local team
- April 2024 – Finalise details
- June 2024 – Announce winning bid at the EASE AGM
