Organisation

The Association is managed by a Council that is elected every two years by the membership. The EASE Council establishes and oversees the activities of the special interest committees and their respective project groups, and the work of the Regional Chapters. The Programme Committee is responsible for planning the biennial conference, and the Nominations Committee for Council elections.

The EASE journal, European Science Editing, is a digital, open access journal with flow publishing and an independent editorial board.

Annual General Meeting
EASE holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) that is open to all members annually. In conference years the AGM is held during the conference, in non conference years it is usually convened with a smaller event. The President’s Report for 2019 is available here.  The 2019 AGM Minutes are available here. Members can request other reports from the Secretary.
