ABEC MEETING Publishing Trends will highlight topics to promote discussion about current trends and challenges in scientific publishing. The aim of the meeting is to build a broader view of Open Science among science editors and editorial team members, whose leading role in the promotion of Open Access brings important contributions to a new scholarly and science communication ecosystem capable of dialoguing and including non-expert audiences and meeting regional demands. The programme will gather national and international experts and it is composed of two conferences and three panels that explore the possibilities for dialogue between Open Access and Citizen Science, including the presentation of empirical cases.
