Members of the Ukrainian Regional Chapter took part in the four-module online training course, EASE Editorial School for Journal Editors held in November 2022. The course aimed to help editors make their journals more visible, impactful, and full of engaging material.
The Ukrainian Regional Chapter helped with local language support and moderation from their leadership teams to ensure the greatest accessibility and effectiveness of the training.
The moderators were:
Taras Kotyk, PhD, Associate professor, Senior Lecturer, Department of Human Anatomy at Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University; Olha Dunaevska, Assoc. Prof., PhD (Philology), Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv; Olena Terekh, PhD in Law, Assoc. Prof. of the Department of Civil Procedure, Law School, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv; Olena Herasymova.
The team also translated the course materials. This was led by Dr. Yuliia Baklazhenko, PhD in Pedagogy, MA in Translation, Assoc. Prof. and Vice Dean of the Linguistics Faculty at the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”.
