New Special Interest Community Application

If you are interested in forming a special interest committee with a community of EASE members interested in the same topic, you should approach the Council (via the Secretary).

Your proposal must include:

  • The topic the committee will focus on
  • A description of why it is needed
  • What are the proposed aims and objectives of the committee
  • How do these support the vision, aims and objectives of EASE
  • Some examples of activities/initiatives you propose
  • Details of any members you have already approached for support
  • What support you would need from the EASE Council.

Your proposal will be considered by Council, and if approved, a formal terms of reference for the committee will be developed, and reporting procedures specified.
