Split Conference: Plenary session abstracts31 January 2014We are delighted that Nobel Laureate Tim Hunt has agreed to be our Keynote speaker. Tim is an inspirational speaker whose enthusiasm for science shines through. He just wants to know "how things work!" We have invited him to reflect on the current state of science and how he thinks it may develop, including science publishing.

Split Conference: Poster prize31 January 2014Anyone wishing to present a poster at the EASE General Assemble and Conference should submit a title and 200-word abstract by 1 April 2014.
Abstracts may be submitted through the registration website once this is open.
A prize will be awarded for the best poster.

Split Conference: KCSE/EASE Bursaries31 January 2014Two bursaries are available for the 2014 EASE conference, each offering free registration and £200 towards travel and accommodation. Bursaries are open to all existing EASE members, including sponsored members and students, but not those working for commercial companies.
Applicants must make a case for why they need a bursary.
Applications should be emailed to the EASE secretary, email [email protected] and will be judged by a committee.

To benefit, please book as soon as possible (and before 11 April 2014) mentioning that you are a conference participant. Rates are as follows:
€ 134, 00 for a guest room with balcony; € 164, 00 for a deluxe room with balcony; and € 184, 00 for a deluxe room with sea view and balcony.
