    • Questions about the registration process should be sent to our Secretary: Mary Hodgson.
    • Delegates names, affiliation and country will be included in a delegate list, circulated to all delegates. This list should not be used for commercial purposes and we ask that all delegates respect this condition. If you do not wish your details to be included, please notify us by contacting the secretary.
    • All cancellations must be sent to EASE Secretariat in writing (letter or e-mail).
    • EASE events code of conduct - EASE events are fora for informed debates, information sharing and meeting of like-minded colleagues. Open to both members and non-members of EASE, they attract a wide variety of individuals from a large number of countries. The organisers encourage challenging viewpoints, and participants share a responsibility for creating an inclusive, welcoming environment for all. We expect all delegates and speakers to show respect for others and to avoid making offensive comments or derogatory statements or displaying offensive behaviour.
