Croatia

The Croatian Interdisciplinary Society was founded in 2004 by enthusiasts, scientists and teachers for the purpose of general, continuous and comprehensive adoption of advanced technologies. The Society operates on the field of education, science and research. It is operating continuousiy at the national level by implementing current, interdisciplinary projects, thus increasing the public understanding and competent involvement into contemporary natural-technical-economic trends in the world. In its work, the Society cooperates with other civil society organizations, educational and scientific institutions at the national and international level. The Society continuously and intensively participates in the STE(A)M revolution, (STEAM = science, technology, engineering, art, mathematics) long before the STE (A) M coins have appeared, which is the only reason why it cannot be found in the name of many of the Society’s activities.
