After obtaining an MA in History and English language and literature, I moved onto a PhD in biomedicine, where I looked at the completeness of reporting in public health guidance for pandemics. I’m currently a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Split School of Medicine at the IANUS project.

I also work as a production editor through Empirica, a small freelance business I founded several years ago, but also volunteer as an associate editor at ST-OPEN, the University of Split Overlay Journal. I have previously edited student journals during my studies, either as a member of the editorial team or the Editor-in-Chief.

Primary research interest include the history of medicine, metaresearch, public health (with a focus on the completeness of reporting in guidelines, recommendations, and policies for pandemics and other health crises), and research ethics/research integrity.
