EASE Webinar: Editorial Management Efficiencies

This workshop was the first in our new-for-2021 series of web sessions, focusing on skills, processes and perspectives on science editing-related topics.

This first session featured EASE Presidents Pippa Smart and Duncan Nicholas, looking at the operations of the editorial office and how to ensure it works efficiently to process articles from submission to final decision. All journals are reliant on effective editorial processing and it is essential that all journals have efficient systems in place so this workshop is essential to anyone running a journal.
