3.1 Going with the flow: how to build an effective cascade network

In this talk, Piers will describe the principles of building a cascade network between journals that promotes submission retention, works smoothly for editors, and the benefits for authors and reviewers. He will cover the important role of journal editors in the process, and ways of removing barriers to success and discuss the challenges involved in maximising the potential of a cascade, and getting buy-in from authors.

Appropriate for journal editors, and anyone involved with handling or managing peer review.
