    Please note - those paying in Euro will be charged a £5 surcharge to cover the SEPA transaction fee. Those paying in currencies other than GBP/Euro will be charged a £20 surcharge.

    Terms and conditions
    • Questions about the registration process should be sent to our Conference Secretary: Mary Hodgson.
    • Delegates names, affiliation and country will be included in a delegate list, circulated to all workshop delegates. This list should not be used for commercial purposes and we ask that all delegates respect this condition. If you do not wish your details to be included, please notify us by contacting the secretary.
    • Registration will close one week before the course date.
    • To minimise your bank charges, payment should be made in GBP via credit or debit card.
    • For those paying in other currencies:
      • Participants paying in Euro will be charged a £5 surcharge to cover the SEPA transaction fee.
      • Participants paying in currencies other than GBP/Euro will be charged a £20 surcharge.
    • All cancellations must be sent to EASE Secretariat in writing (letter or e-mail).
    • Delegate substitutions will be permitted up to one week before the course date, subject to conditions.
    • Cancellations will be accepted up to two weeks before the event. Payments will be refunded less a £10 administrative charge.
    • No refunds will be made for cancellations received less than two weeks before the event or to registered delegates who fail to attend.
    • If the event is cancelled owing to circumstances beyond the control of the organisers, refunds will be made to all delegates less an administrative fee.
    • Reimbursements of cancelled services will be done after 31 July 2021.
    • Code of conduct - EASE events are fora for informed debates, information sharing and meeting of like-minded colleagues. Open to both members and non-members of EASE, they attract a wide variety of individuals from a large number of countries. The organisers encourage challenging viewpoints, and participants share a responsibility for creating an inclusive, welcoming environment for all. We expect all delegates to show respect for others and to avoid making offensive comments or derogatory statements or displaying offensive behaviour.
