Marketing campaigns can so often be focused on improving submissions and positioning product/services. With so little time and immense pressures, usage and engagement campaigns can be deprioritized but are essential contributing factors when reviewing and increasing important industry metrics like usage, overall customer satisfaction scores (OSAT), net promoter scores (NPS), ISI Impact Factor, CiteScore, Eigenfactor and altmetrics, and wherever else you may be analyzing.
We’ll take a hands-on pragmatic look at metrics and the role they play in attracting submissions and increasing subscriptions and revenues.
The interactive nature of the training provides invaluable insight into why usage and engagement are so important, how to build them into your marketing planning and balance your activity, and we willl look at industry trends and latest initiatives to anticipate where marketing in these areas may play a pivotal role in the coming years.
