The PRISMATIC project: protocol for a research programme on novel methods to improve reporting and peer review of systematic reviews of health evidence

PRISMA is a set of items for reporting in systematic reviews and meta-analyses. Even if it is designed to improve reporting, there still are some inconsistencies across the various PRISMA reporting guidelines. This article describes the PRISMATIC (‘PRISMA, Technology, and Implementation to enhance reporting Completeness) a project that suggests methos to translate PRISMA reporting guidelines into practice.
